·        March 3                Filing deadline for Independent candidates

·        March 4                Presidential Primary Election Day Polls are open 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.

·        July 1                    Absentee Voting begins for the Special Election

·        July 7                    Voter Registration ends for Special Election

·        August 5               Special Election Day – West Holmes School District Polls are open 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

·        August 21             Filing deadline for General Election questions & issues

·        September 3         Filing deadline for write-in candidates for the General Election

·        September 30       Absentee Voting begins for the General Election

·        October 6              Voter Registration ends for General Election

·        November 4          Presidential General Election Day Polls are open 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Write or call (330-674-5921) the Board of Elections to request forms to register by mail.

Completed Absentee Application forms must be in the office of the Board of Elections by noon the Saturday before the election.
